Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Mlunit LLC mobile applications. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Payment Processing
All payments for our mobile applications are processed through the respective app store platforms:
- Apple App Store for iOS devices
- Google Play Store for Android devices
Because payments are processed by these third-party platforms, refund requests must also be made through them.
Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:
On iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the Mlunit app subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
On Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select the Mlunit app subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends
- You will lose access to premium features when the subscription expires
- Your progress and data will be retained in your account
Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the platform and circumstances:
Apple App Store:
- Apple typically offers refunds within 14 days of purchase
- Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Subscription refunds may be prorated based on unused time
Google Play Store:
- Google typically processes refunds within 48 hours of purchase for apps
- Subscription refunds depend on Google's policies and your usage
How to Request a Refund
Apple App Store:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the purchase and select "Report a Problem"
- Choose your refund reason and submit
Google Play Store:
- Visit Google Play Order History
- Find the order and click "Report a problem"
- Select your issue and request a refund
Lifetime Purchases
For lifetime purchases (one-time payment for permanent access):
- Refund eligibility follows the same platform policies as subscriptions
- Once a refund is processed, you will lose access to premium features
- Lifetime purchases are typically non-refundable after a reasonable evaluation period
Technical Issues
If you're experiencing technical issues with our app that prevent you from using features you've paid for:

- Describe the issue in detail
- We'll work to resolve the issue promptly
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we may recommend requesting a refund through the app store
Free Trial
If an app offers a free trial:
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- Your subscription will automatically convert to paid at the end of the trial
